From 1 year old, a dessert delight almost like the big ones.


  • 50 g pureed chestnuts
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa coffee
  • 1 C. fresh cream.


Mix with the fork the mashed chestnut with the cream and cocoa.
Beat the egg white into the snow and add the sugar gradually. Stir in the white with the mixture, gently mixing.
Reserve in the fridge and serve with chocolate shavings.
