For babies from 6 months, a creamy mousse recipe to prepare with a small pot of carrot.
Ingredients:
- 1 small pot with carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 30 ml of milk of continuation or 2nd age
- 1 small knob of butter
Preparation:
Rinse and peel the zucchini. Cut it into slices. Place in a bowl with 1/2 glass of water and cook in the microwave for 10 minutes.
Drain them and place them in the mixer.
Add the little pot of carrot and mix.
To obtain a smooth texture, add the milk (after cooking because the infant milk should not be brought to a boil), then mix.
Serve with the small hazelnut butter.
