  • 50 g of oil
  • 50 g of almond puree (or oil if almond allergy)
  • 100 g of sugar
  • 200 g flour (wheat, rice, rice-millet, or chestnuts)
  • 100 ml of coconut cream + ½ teaspoon of guar gum (or 1 egg)
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate (or yeast)
  • Cereals type Chokinoa (brand Grillon d'Or) for the ears
  • Raisins (organic, without allergens) for the eyes and the mouth


  • 1) Preheat your oven to 180 ° C.
  • 2) In a bowl, beat the coconut cream, sugar, bicarbonate (or yeast) and guar gum until a creamy appearance.
  • 3) Add flour, almond puree and oil little by little. Beat everything to get a homogeneous mixture. Finish by hand.
  • 4) Form small balls of dough and place them on a previously oiled baking sheet.
  • 5) Add the ears, eyes and mouth of your little cats with cereals and raisins.
  • 6) Bake for about 10 minutes. Watch the cooking well. Take them out when the edges start to brown.
